Frequently Asked Questions

What happens when I hit the free tier limit?

When you reach 25 active jobs or 25 active quotes on the Free plan, you'll see a clear upgrade prompt -- not a hard block. You can still access all your existing data, manage current jobs, and process payments. You just won't be able to create new jobs or quotes until you upgrade or archive some existing ones to free up slots.

Can I downgrade my plan?

Yes, you can downgrade at any time. Your downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep access to your current tier's features until then. If you're on a Team plan with multiple users and downgrade to Pro, you'll need to remove extra users before the downgrade takes effect.

Is there a contract or commitment?

No contracts, no commitments. You can cancel anytime. Monthly plans are billed month-to-month. Annual plans are billed once per year at a discounted rate -- if you cancel mid-year, you keep access through the end of your paid period, but we don't offer partial refunds for the remaining months.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. The Free plan is completely free with no credit card required. You only need to enter payment information when you choose to upgrade to a paid plan.

How does payment processing work?

All plans include the ability to accept card and ACH payments from your customers through Stripe. The processing fee varies by tier -- Free and Pro plans include a small platform fee on top of Stripe's base rate, while Team and Business plans get pass-through pricing with no additional markup.

Can I add extra users to my plan?

Team and Business plans support additional users beyond their base allocation at $19/mo per extra user. The Team plan includes up to 5 users, and Business includes up to 15 users. Free and Pro plans are limited to 1 user.
